Help- online visitors application

Hi,
I really do need help with my online application.. Really getting confused.
I applied online on the 13th of March, got an email requesting for my biometrics on the 16th of April and got an online approval of my application on the 8th of May. Up till now am yet to receive any email requesting for my passport.
I am really confused as have sent emails and not gotten any response from CIC. Would appreciate any suggestions

Did you get a notification that you have a new message on MyCIC?

Yes I did. Got.an email for the approval update.

Then check your MyCIC.
The site is very confusing. Click there everywhere you could think of .

Done that all I see is my application approved and status closed no email as regards submitting passport

Look not for the "email" but for a MESSAGE on MyCIC. (it is "hidden" next to the line with your "application")

I have checked that already... Says no new message..
