Hi All,

I received my GCMS notes for my CEC application, and I'm a bit confused about how to interpret what the notes. Can any experts in this forum help me with understand this?

The case analyst's recommendation is recommended pass, but in the assessments section, it says eligibility review is required. Also, the foreign work experience section has some conflicting information, one section says it’s met and the other says review required. Also, the notes do not show any reduction in my CRS score so I am a bit confused on how to interpret what I see in my notes.

Can someone please have a look at the notes below, and help me out?

Ah! Legalfalcon has turned this forum into a book for folks like us. Here's his old take on "Review required" with "Ready to finalize": https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/gcms-notes-help-review-required.716682/post-9106740

> If the review required is for a specific document, while the summary of the note says that an applicant has met the eligibility, or “ready to finalize” it simply means that while the applicant has met the eligibility criteria, but the specific document needs a careful examination form the officer before promoting (eligibility pass) by the officer.

Hey @iSaidGoodDay thank you so much for responding. However, My concern is not just with my eligibility being "Review required". In the GCMS summary, the eligibility is "Review required" but in the case analyst's notes it says "Eligibility recommended passed ready to finalize" both seem to be conflicting and don't make sense.

Additionally, the case analyst has reviewed my CEC experience, and in their notes mentioned that everything looks good. However, their notes for my foreign experience is missing. Moreover, in most GCMS notes, I've seen that the analyst has re-calculated the CRS score, but that too is missing from my GCMS.

Did you go through the link I shared? I think it talks about the issue. Again, quoting legalfalcon here:
>However, if there are concerns, there will be a review required for the eligibility, and there will be no text to the effect “ready to finalize” or pass.

> If they have any concerns with any document or want the immigration officer to carefully look into a specific document, they will flag it as “review required.” It is the content of the note that is important here. If the review required is for a specific document, while the summary of the note says that an applicant has met the eligibility, or “ready to finalize” it simply means that while the applicant has met the eligibility criteria, but the specific document needs a careful examination form the officer before promoting (eligibility pass) by the officer.

Read again. Your answer is right infront of you :)
