Job Description: - Operational Risk Management
1. Work on the Operational Risk Projects with the clients in India or Outside India Banks.
2. From consulting and planning, to integrating and implementing the solutions for better perspectives of the client organizations.
3. Uniquely work on Basel 2 norms and implementing them to accomplish the needs of client organizations.
4. Identification and assessment of risk in Operations. Responsible for the development of risk mitigation policies and procedures for all categories of risk.
5. Facilitate compliance with procedures and rules, analyse the impact of regulatory change, and advise and provide guidance to the Bank’s with regards to compliance.
6. Working in the Internal Projects for the Development of various Risk Based Solutions
7. Responsible for schedule of the project and its timely completion and Responsible for managing client expectations
8. Performing Workshops on Risk and Control Self Assessment for the Bank’s Business Units and prepare the reports and submit the same for review and release to the Project Manager / Principal.
9. Frequently traveling abroad and mostly in Gulf / Middle East countries to provide effective solutions to the worldwide spread client organizations.
10. Making / reviewing the processes and policies for the Clients, suggesting the update and changes for the same.
Candidate profile:
1. Chartered Accountants / MBAs with 4-6 years of work experience
2. Candidate must have a background as a specialist in audit, control or risk management function.
3. Good hands of experience on Basel II implementations would be the added advantage
4. Good communication skills & ability to interact with the foreign clients spread worldwide
5. The work will involve extensive travel outside India mainly to middle east countries
6. Knowledge of operational risk and the regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
7. Strong analytical experience. Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels
8. Understanding of Risk Management framework i.e. SOX, BASEL II will be an added advantage
