Help: Have not received medical forms after receiving visa

Hi All,

I have extended my TRV but only get 3 months plus remarks "Must report for medical observation and/or treatment within 90 days. Medical forms mailed separately"
It has been 1.5 months now and I have not received any medical forms mail yet. Since I only got 3 months, I have to apply for TRV extension again within two weeks max. I have tried to call the toll free number in my visa (no email there) 1-888-242-2100, but there is an automatic voice saying "the number is not complete, 288".
My questions are:
1. Is it possible that they made a mistake by asking me to get medical report while I only get 3 months? I read somewhere that TRV under 6 months, no med check required, maybe that's why I haven't received any mail which they stated will be mailed separately? If so, how do I find out and what number or email should I contact?
2. I am going to apply for TRV extension within two weeks, will the fact that I havent completed the medical check up for my current visa interfere my new application?

Where are you calling from? I just dialed the exact number you put in there and it was fully functional.

NB, Canada. I was using skype, which normally has no problem calling toll free numbers.

I was using skype

I tried Skype and got the same message as you. Then I tried my cellphone and got to CIC. So USE your PHONE.

On the contrary, Skype is hell for 800 numbers, basically because their servers are in the US, and 800 numbers are location sensitive.
