Help from pre 2008 NDVO applicant require

[size=10pt][size=10pt]i need help from pre 2008 NDVO applicant. I am sep 2004 applicant my original experience letter were asked by NDVI in 2009. I never got it back. Can some one other face the same issue respond.how can wr get back them all from NDVO?
