My first TRV application has refused in November 2017 due to Employment prospect, Travel History, Economic Establishment, Family Ties and Economic Conditions.
1) I'm Currently working in a construction company as a Quantity Surveyor since December 2011.
2) I have visited Italy (5 times) China, India, United Kingdom,
3) I submitted Bank statement of CAD 3150 , but these money in my bank account not last 6 month. but at my request to the bank, they gave me a letter as blocked these money for 1 month in my bank account. therefor i cannot withdraw any money till my visa approved.
4) I'm Living with my father, my mother passed away in September 2017 , and my brother living in Italy.
therefore i dont have much family ties in sri lanka.
I have submitted all the original and certified documents still they not satisfied with the given details.
My Check list as follows:
Sponsor in Canada ( Uncle and Aunt)
*Sponsor Letter (I requested 1 month) i think its too much. and its notarized
*Bank statements
*Tax payments
*Passport copies
*Citizenship card copies and PR Copies
Applicant Documents
*Relevant Applications
*Passport - Old and Current
*Covering Letter
*Employment Letter - 6 month pay slips, salary particular
*Bank Balance confirmation letter - Amount CAD 3150.00
*Property Details - Deed of my resident and copy of vehicle registration
*Higher Studies certificates - BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management
*Travel booking Confirmation
1) what are the things that I should consider for next TRV application?
2) And can i have a chance to success my application in next time?
