I am in currently filling out the forms for my PR application and was wondering if i needed the data for my husband like passport number, expiration when i am not planning to include him on my application for PR..reason for such choice is we are not in good terms anymore but i am still legally married to him. There is a box where i tick on "NO" if applying for PR on my husbands data page. Please help!
