Help! Day 65: GCMS notes not received

As of yet, I haven't received my GCMS notes! The agency through which I applied say they have had 2 status query request without any response from the IRCC. I am becoming hopeless. Not sure if i have Canadian dream in my fate! Just for a refusal note it is taking forever, let alone the likelihood of getting the visa. How long should I still wait for the report?
