Help currently filling out the papers

I am currently filling in the forms
It says in the guide
Additional family information (IMM 5406)

Who needs to fill out this application form?

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

I have a spouse who is canadain and she is the person sponsoring me. Does she need to complete the form aswell or is it just for the people being sponsored.

no i dont think so, only principle applicant is supposed to fill that form not sponsor. (we did so in our case and got approval)

i agree. if you have doubts,pls refer to your document checklist,there you'll see what forms are needed to be completed by the principal applicant and for the sponsor.

IMM5406 is ONLY to be filled by the principal applicant and NOT the sponsor!
