i have a query regarding my visa application, i have the diploma in hotel management from london, i came back to india bcoz i got rejection now i want to apply to canada in george brown college in cullinary art program with IELTS 6 bands, 7 lis,6.5in spk, 6 in wrrting. 5 in reading .i am confuse that wearther the chc will contact the british high commison for my details ,
please you guys have good experince in it please let me know thanks in advance

If you returned from UK before expiry date of your visa then you need not worry. however if you overstayed, it will surely leave a negative impact on your current application.

thank you for your response acemsyed, my extension was refused than i appealed and came back, means visa applied in June 2009 and expire in July 2009 and got refused in next Jan 2010 and cameback in July 2010.
the situation is dis iam to much confused bhai please give me valuable suggestions so i could plan my further application thank you for your time given . :-\
