Recently i completed the HEC sealed envelop process for my ECA but there is a query i'm worried about.
My bachelor's degree transcript is of 2 pages. HEC put stamp behind only on page 2 of the transcript copy. Page 1 copy has no attested stamp but is inside the HEC sealed envelope.
So my question is, shall i proceed to send this sealed envelope to Canada to proceed for ECA or shall i send back the documents to HEC to insist on getting HEC stamp on page 1 also of my 2 page transcript copy?
