Hello, did you figure out this issue? I'm having the same problem. I even tried and older form and the platform won't let me upload. Error message says " you have submitted and invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form and upload it".

This is very frustrating, I tried so many things

Hey, I am having the same error, one of the individuals have said to upload it in the older version as that is the work around for it. If you say that the older one is also not working then the only way is to call IRCC
