my answer would be NO
how can I explain that?
We are together since 5 years. But I stayed the most of the time in Canada with work and holiday visa, visitor visa and extensions and another work visa. I was going home to visit my family just a short time (like 2 month) but alone ... my sponsor did not travel with me!

What reason can I tell CIC...like money issue or not the right time found or because I stayed in Canada. SO he did not need to visit me! right? or would CIC wonder Why he never met my family in my home county!
My sister did visit me and my sponsor one in Canada!

or could I just say look answer Question 25. ... there I put all my time down when I was visiting or staying in Canada with him!

I know it is a long time and I should it done that Sponsorship so much earlier but we had to figure out the relationship and if I wane live in Canada. how was it for you ... was it that easy to say yes I wane stay and live here???

Don't think about this too hard, just tell the truth basically as you've said here.

If you've been living together, then just put No and state "We live together".

Yeah do not stress yourself out over those questions. It is not like they will deny you for not visiting. You do not really need to explain yourself that much. CIC basically wants to know your story. For a lot of the questions I answered I literally answered so bluntly sometimes 3-4 word answers. Sometimes giving too much information is not good just be brief
