Has anyone ever received a reply from the Manila Visa Office? - inquiry about the medical report hasn't been answered

My parent applied for a Super Visa with an upfront medical exam. Both UMI number and the e-medical sheet were provided. However, the visa office has updated the Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) asking to take the medical exam within 30 days. We've reached out to the office through the IRCC webform asking to link the upfront medical exam results to the application, but we have not heard back for over a month. We've submitted several inquiries and none o them has been replied to. I am not sure what to do. Taking a medical exam again isn't a problem despite the cost and annoyance to visit the medical centre, but we are worried that they may refuse the application due to taking the medical exam after the 30 days period.
