Happy to share, received passport request for online-study permit, need help...

Very happy to share that my online study permit , along with open work permit decision has been made, and got a passport request letter. I have applied from California, when I check where to send passport it gives two options Los Angeles and NY, can someone tell where I have to send..and how exactly I have to send.. Thanks in advance...

Thanks Baljit..dont worry..evn u will get it soon...though I got an passport request..I cant say 100% sure that I got my visa, till I have my passport stamped and in my hands.
