So the MI2 / MI3 from NDVO that are getting MRs - what was their eCAS status. Was the eCAS just InProcess, or was it InProcess with a processing date?

And after how many days were they getting the MRs / PPR etc.

IT CANT BE PAID THROUGH CREDIT CARD....
BEST WAY TO PAY IS DD....
Rs.24010/- Effective 26 March 2012
earlier it was Rs.22540/-
AND in favour of "canadian high commission" or "receiver general for canada" payable at new delhi.
