Hi All,
I would like to work in canda for better lifestyle and Financial prospects. I'm from India and have around 9+ years of experience in Software Development. Currently I'm working as a Technical Lead in a major Handset Manufacturer. I had been to a consultant for guidance but not satisfied on his response. Coming to my questions

1) What is the type of VISA Category I should target. ( Tempory or Permanent).
2) Once the category is Identified where should I start( Procedure/ Forms etc).
3) Is there a reliable consultant in Bangalore, India.( I saw a site that lists the consulate recognized agents. But I'm not able to figure out which consultant they represent).

Also, need your support to completley understand/ Clarify my doubts in future. :)

Regards,
Symphony

1. Go for PR immigration. With the present timelines u might make it in avg 10 months.
2. For forms / guide log on to www.cic.gc.ca as rightly advised by Rupesh.
3. With the new 'fast track' system, u don't need a consultant.
4. But if u must, take clue from the CIC site (as u did already).
5. For the B'lore ones, google it & then match it with the CIC approved ones.
