If someone has already been to Canada in the past on TRV (ie. study in 2013), and they left, but they have not applied for PR / EE yet.... Can they order GSMC notes corresponding to their previous TRV visas? What information are likely to be included or expected within the notes in this case?
I want to order GSMC notes to know EXACTLY what CIC officers thought about me and my TRV application(s) in the past. I never had issues obtaining TRV but i still remember that last time my TRV application has been delayed for over 4 months without any solid reason, and then had been approved/valid for 5 months only! To mention, I no longer live in Canada.
I think ordering GSMC notes will help me getting a rough idea of what CIC thoughts, but I am not sure if it's worth the 8-week wait!! Also, what if I just get generic/ general notes not specific to my case?
