Got Work Permit, what is the next step?

Hi,

I have got the work permit today and I have flight to India after 16 days.
I dont have much time for stamping and flight reschedule is also an expensive option.

Can I go to niagra falls for work visa?
Is it possible if I get work permit hard copy in hand and go to niagra falls for stamping?

Please suggest, it's urgent.
