Be sure the work permit doesn't expire within a few months. My work permit will expire next April, I applied visa outside Canada in this October. I got rejected for entry visa, because my work permit will expire soon, and the officer don't think I can renew it properly before next April. The new labor market assessment made work permit very difficult to renew.
