Is their deffer for may19 is only one solution to reapply visa and move on may19 or i can reapply for one secondary short term course like language (English or French )/computer course from same college for feb to apr before my two year software testing primary couse. So, that i get short term study permit & move in feb19 for canada.Kindly guide
