GOT REFUSE ......London CHC

Dear Friends ,

I got Refuse today I applied for Study permit from London CHC The Reason of Refusing

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

your travel history
your immigration status
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit

Can you People Suggest me what to do ( i am pakisatani National living in UK)

Dipta I didnt Submit SOP what would you advice me what is the basic reason of refusal and can i apply again from London CHC or should go to pakistan ????

I think you will know the exact reason when you apply for GCMS. But now prepare a good SOP and apply from Pakistan if you can but if you are living for several years better apply from London I think.

Sorry to hear you had a refusal letter. I hope you can turn it around to being approved.

May I ask when you applied and how long it took for you to receive any information from the London office?

Refuse on 8th July

Well, short of contacting an immigration lawyer who can help you with reapplying, no I don't have any advice.

Apply for GCMS notes. No longer called CAIPS. Do a search on forum "order GCMS" and you will get lots of information. Cocknbull has a great post on it. Also search forum for refusals. Your reasons are very common. Usually not enough ties to home country to satisfy VO you would leave Canada before visa expiry. Property, permanent good job, spouse and children, bank balance, holiday travel outside country, etc. these are what they are looking for to prove ties. Immigration status - not living in home country weakens the ties as well. Dont Reapply before you have dealt with all the reasons for refusal. Good luck.

You can apply FSW, QFSW if you are qualified and meet requirements.

If you apply for anything requiring a temporary visa you will have to fix all the reasons for refusal so look carefully at the GCMS notes and make your changes. Good luck.
