Quebec Selection Certificate Question

Hello,

I have have few questions for the folks who have received their CSQ.

I received my CSQ last week after the interview in NYC. Currently, I am filling out federal application....

Can you tell me which CSQ number they are asking for on the federal application? Where is it written on the certificate(CSQ)?

Also, Has anyone been rejected by federal after getting accepted by Quebec?

i am pretty confused the address you mentioned does not match with the one on the Quebec Immigration web site for United States. The web site says

Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles
285, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4e étage

Fax: 514 864-9221

could you recheck your address with your Firm.

One more thing, Please correct me if I am wrong. There is a different office address for each territory (country) to send their applications for Quebec certificate. isn't it?
