Got ITA. Indian Police Clearance Expires in one Month. Need Guidance.

Hi All !

I need your inputs regaring the situation that i am in right now. We got the ITA ( 58th Draw, waited an year ! ) and we already had done the Indian Police Clearance part almost an year back. That certificate was issue on 10th May 2016.

Now that we are ready to submit our docs, should we go for a new police clearance certificate or if we submit the docs before 10 May 2017, are we okay ?

Need your expert advice.

if you visited India after the PCC was issued, you need a new one. If you havent viisted India, you can use the same one.

We did visit India but were there only for 3 months ( vacation ). Should we still re-apply ?

yes. you need a new one. it has to be issued after you have left the country.
