Got caips after 3 years and shocked to see the reasons. Need Experts advice. Refused casescomehere

Hii everyone caips gcms report is really an eye opener. Refused cases do not apply without caips my case is a classic example
I was refused twice at 2014. My profile
12 (2009) 75%
BE in Electronics and communications (2009-2013) 63% with 6 backlogs
Ielts 7 overall with minimum 6 each
1st time Applied for post grad diploma in management 2 years course under spp. Did not get decision in time and then they asked me for deferral offer letter for next intake which i provided then got refused after 89 days
As now I want to apply again I thought of getting my caips first and after reading the caips I am absolutely shocked.

Grad 12 in 2009. Went to university from 2009 to 2013 . Discrepancies in dates for bachelor. Currently not working or studying. Based on above, on balance, I am not satisfied that applicant is a bonafide student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bonafide temporary resident who will leave canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused

2nd time Applied again with same docs, but changed sop justifying why i want to study management as i was thinking refusal reason is because of the course. Rejected again

Case reviewed. PA has been accepted at Northern Lights college in Post Degree Business Management. I note previous refusal. I have reviewed his submissions regarding the grounds for the previous refusal, however they do not overcome my concerns regarding the proposed studies. The applicant has a bachelor engineering. He has submitted marksheets, the marksheets were verified at the last application and the authorities were unwilling to cooperate. I noted that the documents submitted show a 1 month gap in semesters (1st semester feb 2011 and 2nd semester march 2011) -this is inconsistent with university semesters. Based on the information before me , I am not satisfied that the proposed studies are reasonable giving the PA'S educational background, nor am I satisfied that the documentation submitted is genuine. The PA has failed to establish that he is a bona fide student and a temporary resident who would leave canada at the end of period authorised for stayas per R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused

Alright now what i understand from above is I had not submitted my backlog marksheets. I had 6 backlogs in first four semesters which is why there is inconsistency in 1st and 2nd semester results. Also, I think the immigration tried to verify this from my university but as you all know how hardworking people are there in our government universities that nobody got the time to reply to the immigration about my degree authenticity and backlogs so i got refused. This has made me sick (u can understand).
There is one more thing in my caips report for the 2nd time rejection

for the sake of God I have never applied for US visa. This really is bullshit. How is this even possible. Did they misunderstand me with some other guy with the same name.
I came to New Zealand in 2015 and I want to apply again to canada for masters.Please guys help me out. What do you think I should mention in my sop this time. I will definitely attach my backlog marksheets and should I mention that I have never applied for US and VO has got wrong information about me??

1. Along with backlogs certificates provide a letter, if possible, from home univ that you indeed were a student and your documents are genuine (or something in that line, just to be on the safer side)

2.Yes, mention that you never applied for US visa, must have been a mistake somewhere. (There is a possibility that someone has copied your details and forged documents. You can do a GD in a local police station based on the CAIPS and provide a copy along with your study permit application. Also do a notarized affidavit that you never applied for USA. This may be an overkill, but you don't want to take risk. Talk to a lawyer for more expert advice). Also put a question in online forums like quora etc. "How do I prove that I never applied for USA visa". It sounds stupid, but stupid things help at times!

3. Applying from your home country will increase your chances (Also your travel history will work in your favour if you apply from home country, not NZ)

Thanks a ton for your response mate. I will try to get a letter from my univ. that I was a genuine student and I will attach a notarised affadavit that I have never applied for US. I do not want to stuck into police matters because do not have much time for that. And I want to apply from NZ because if I got rejection there will be still something. On the other hand if I went to india and got rejection then I cannot even come back to NZ because I am on a work visa.

Getting GD is a simple thing and does not take more than 30 min, as far as I know. It is not like other cop matters in our country! Honestly, cops don't even give a damn about GD, they have much more important things to do. This is just for the record. (For eg, if you lose your mobile you make a GD; if someone does any illegal activity with it, it is not your problem any more as long as you have your GD record. Same with your passport and visa application) I really think a GD will be helpful in your case. But it is your choice (may be you can take a second opinion from law forum or at least quora before finalizing !)

Bear in mind that applying from NZ significantly decreases your chance of approval.

1. You were unlucky in your first attempt. In 95% cases if they ask you to submit Defer letter , they approve the application.
2. for your degree confusion, you can verify your degree from outside authority if its genuine .

Glad you shared this!!! I have studied in Australia and had a terrible accident. I had 4 surgeries in 1 year and deferred my studies till next intake. Do I need to provide my medical documents too while lodging Canadian student visa? Because my studies was delayed in Australia and I think it may cause trouble.

Yes, I think so, but am no expert. Talk to someone (online law forums) who knows more about this before proceeding.

If you can get that from them "in written" before your study permit application, it will serve your purpose.
