Hello Everyone,
I really need some help on this topic.. I am an Indian Citizen currently living in Vancouver on a Visitors Permit Valid until December 2018...
Can someone please please let me know that can I apply for a WORK PERMIT when I have a VISITORS STATUS in Canada. I DO NOT have a Temporary Resident Visa stamped on my Passport. I only just have a Visitors Permit.
Currently I have a Job Offer from a Canadian Employer. I am worried that can I apply for a Work Permit within Canada.
For what I know that, I cannot apply for a Work Permit within Canada as a Visitor.
But I have also read that it is possible through flagpoling, if I have my LMIA and Job offer from a Canadian Employer.

Can someone please help me out with 2 major concerns,

1. Is it possible to get my Work Permit through flagpoling, if I have my LMIA and Job offer from a Canadian Employer.

2. If yes, then do I require a Canadian Temporary Resident Visa stamped on my passport to return back to Canada once I cross the Canadian Border for flagpoling or is my Visitors Permit along with Job offer good enough for me to return back in Canada.

Please let me know.

Would really appreciate any help.

Thank You!
