Got a Blue Form for US B1/B2 Form 221g -- Please help

Hii,

I have applied for a US Visit visa, As i have to attend a personal meeting in US. Applied for the visa and was interviewed in Ottawa.
The counselor gave me a Blue form 221G , asking for additional documents to be sent via email.

Can anyone help me out if anyone has faced a similar situation earlier..
