got a blank refusal letter

hey frenz..i got a refusal letter but it was blank without mentioning any tick mark on any of the reasons mentioned............wot does it imply????????plzzzzzzz help me out..........i am really tensed.....

My god.. never read something like this . I have notice that all the embassies have the same refusal lettre. But they send is filled . You were waiting for a visa ? Did your spouse get an interview ? Send an email at the embassy fast to request an answer !!!

When did you apply harpartap? Unless reason is given how do you know its a refusal letter? You shoud write to the embassy.

In these circumstances you should consult a good visa consultant, if you already don't have one.

Hey Harpartap

Well it is an error/mistake commited by the visa officer- either s/he forgot to tick the reason or the refusal letter could have been wrongly issued to you.

I suggest you to escalate it to the Canadian high commision as soon as you can to get the full picture and also if the letter wasn't for you the error could be rectified in time (you have the full right to know the reason why it has been refused,if any)

P.S- what did canam people say ? Did you speak to the manager (aman) there ?

thanxx for advise frnd but do u really think that it can be an error .... can i hope something positive ????and if visa officer can write file no and date with his hands on refusal letter how he can forget to tick on reason
