Hi, i got my 1st portal email on May-18, 2023 (Thursday), and i replied to that at 3.30pm same day. I haven't got my 2nd portal email with credentials yet ? is this normal ?should i call them or can i reply to that email twice with my details ?
I need help, it's 3 time attempt IRCC confirms to send portal email to me (2 times) and my representative (1 time) but we both didn't receive any emails. Checked in junk and spam emails, there is not email from IRCC.
Has any one ever encountered such challenge to help me out how to solve it please. Regards
