Received my pr card within 3 weeks after my Copr even though it says online current time is 90 days I am happy for it way early than I expected but still have no idea how the hell and from where and when I get my passport back does anyone have any idea when Montreal immigration office will open face to face ?

Congratulations.. Call them and ask... I'm from Montreal too please, update here when and how you get your passport back.

I am trying last one month not reachable I called refugees board they told me my passport only with ircc Montreal not with border security force because I withdrawal my case after my pr and I got my pr through spouse visa if u got your Pr through refugee then your passport must be with border security force it’s useless because you can’t use your home passport my situation has change cos I am not refugees I withdraw my case I can get my passport but when no idea because Montreal immigration still closed when they open only god knows I can’t get my passport before that .
