Regarding number 1 "Job not specified as full time and permanent employment." - does this apply to ALL jobs, or is it just for people who got a job offer in Canada?

And 2: ECA is just the one page assessment one gets from WES? (or other institution). Or is something more needed?

For LMIA supported job offers only. No harm in getting full-time mentioned explicitly in other job offers which were, indeed, full-time though.

Just that 1/2 pager depending on number of qualifications you got assessed. The most important piece of info is the Canadian equivalence summary which is available on Pg 1 itself. Upload that along with degree/diploma certificate(s).

Thank you, Asivad. The "permanent" thing had me nervous for a while.

I'm getting nervous too.... I have been working in Canada since 2013 with LMIA (used to be LMO back in 2012) - my contract initially was supposed to expire on July 2015, my first open work permit expired on March 2015. Last September 2014 my contract got extended till June 2016 and was able to extend my work permit till 2016 (became a closed one). I have a full time position, 37.5 hour per week and it is included in my employment letter. The duration of the contract is included as well. I have attached my detailed job description - I'm in a director position NOC 0125 (quoted 0123 in my 2012 LMO). I obtained another reference letter from my employer to support my PR application, yet doesn't include the word "permanent"

I'm starting to get nervous that my application might be rejected since I have a fixed term contract!!

Even though it may be not page by page from the beginning, but it's not random... at least for my passport.
I've had passport officials in other countries even stamp right on my work permit, because they were too lazy to turn the page....
