Hi,

I had posted a question before, now framing it a bit differently. I am from India, 36 single male and applying for PR.

1. My work VISA is ending in November 2014 and my temporary residence in September 2014. I want to apply for my PR in July 2014. I can still stay back and work in Canada while my PR gets processed ?

2. Can i travel outside Canada while my PR gets processed ?

3. What are the factors for a successful PR application ? Tax, financials or solid recommendations ?

Can someone recommend me a good immigration lawyer in Vancouver ?
