Well, someone have a contact or how to get a help with Scotiabank GIC department?
I unfortunately chose Scotiabank to issue my GIC Certificate and they are taking too long to generate this certificate.
In the email you receive for payment instructions they say that within 5 days the wire transfer is received and then they generate the certificate within 5 days.
But I've been waiting since 14/04/2022 for the blessed of this Certificate, I've already tried contacting by chat and email they are just making excuses that they have many requests and giving absurd deadlines of 20 to 30 business days.
Anyone experiencing the same issue and knows how to get help from this bank as their support is pretty bad.
