gic help and medical help

hi i applied my study permit in 2017 for january intake and it was refused two times.. due to PTE and MARRIAGE..
i want help that my GIC have $10,031 and i paid last year on 03october2017 .... is there is any problem that it has been a year now i have applied again ,,,,
and my medical exam was also in 2017 and valid till 24 september 2018 is there is any problem ??

If your medical is valid and you have paid gic thegic then there is no problem at all about these two...

Medical is valid for one year? Then it is valid till 24 sept 2018 and paid gic 10,031
