Getting Work Reference Letter whilst still working

I’ve worked over 3 years now, but I need to get my current employer to write the reference letter for me to proceed with EE.

However, I know that the EE will take some time. Im still working in Job A… how do I ask for a reference letter if im still employed with them?

Not an issue; ask your direct manager and HR department to see if they can help. Just let them know where you want to use the reference letter and what information should be included in the letter. The only difference to a reference letter from a previous employer is that no end date should be included in this one.
