I failed the G2 road test in Toronto , just due to my mistake

I am planning to move to calgary soon , can anyone tell me that will my G1 license be valid in Alberta or will i have to write my written test again.

Is road test equally tough in alberta or is it easier

Your G1 should be classified as a valid learners license in AB. To get a GDL license, same as a G2 license in ON, you would take the basic road test. I did not find it hard but didn't take one in ON so I can't compare.

Make sure you do everything by the book when you pull out of a parking spot or change lanes. Make sure you signal when you want to turn, shoulder check etc. Do not drive faster than the speed limit. Be too careful rather than too careless.
