This year i applied for 6 months job seeker visa to germany and i got one. I visited germany and had to come back. Now, i am planning to go to Canada, but I am very much confused, different people are suggesting different stuffs. For example:
1. Student visa: I have 8 years of working gap, many are saying canada will not accept this much gap.
Also, i applied for job seeker visa and soon after coming back from germany i am applying for canada study visa, which clearly showing my intentions that i am using study thing as a stepping stone to settle in Canada. Visa officer will reject my file. I cannot even take the risk, because a rejection can ruin my future plans.
2. PR : my points are turning out to be 405. I am not really sure my file will be picked by these CRS points.
Could anyone assist me what exactly should I do? I am really confused and would appreciate if someone can guide me thru a proper channel.
