Hello,
first of all great forum. I ve spent some days on here reading and searching, and because I believe our case is somewhat weird / different I could not find an answer , really.
Here is our situation: My husband and I are together since 9 years, from which we are married 5, we have a daughter, who is dual citizen.
Since 9 years we have been expats, so now we are returning back to Canada.
At this stage I am technically "homeless" , as we are leaving from our current place.
Now, I am confused, do I apply inland or outland?
I understand that processing time is different for each, but what I would like to understand is:
1- Do i need to proof that I live in Germany to apply inland? I will have a return ticket to Berlin when arriving.
2- Can I apply for the inland route while being in Canada? We have a daughter, and honestly i wouldn't know where else to live, as I literally left my home country for a decade.
Thanks for your time.
