I ordered for gcms notes and then wrote a letter of explanation based on that. But I didnt attach the gcms notes page (page 31 which states the exact reason) in my offline application the second time applying. Is it mandatory to attach it.

No, it's not. They have access to the notes and do not need the print out.

I have GCMS notes and want to get explanation, how can i get the explanation and where do i submit that??
Pls help me
