Applied in Feb 2017. Myself and 3 children (20, 19, 13). Just AOR in March, After laps of almost 11 months no communication et all. I need comments on my GCMS notes.
As per notes, even after 11 months, following eligibility checks NOT STARTED.
Residence NOT STARTED
Language NOT STARTED
Prohibitions NOT STARTED
Intent to reside NOT STARTED
Knowledge NOT STARTED
Criminality Clearance Passed the only one
Why not started in 11 months what they r waiting for, any comment.
They have mentioned an ICES REPORT that was received in August 2017. What is this report. same is mentioned in my children notes, who passed grade 12 in Canada and now in universities.
File is in Mississauga, TEST PENDING CLEARANCE TAGGED since 22-03-2017.
I applied for my wife on same day but separately and she got passport in 5 months.

Please can one request the GCMS notes by his or her self for a visa that was refused? or must a citizen or someone with PR request for it on behalf of you.

Did they send any residence questionnaire or asked any other information
