Gap in education and experience calculation

Hi,

I am from India and want to apply for Canada PR on next year express entry.

I have gap in my education. I have finished my intermediate(12th) in 2003 and then after long gap I did my full time regular graduation from Indian govt osmania university(2010-2013 DEC). At the same time since 2006 to till date I am doing my full time job(Industry: I.T., Designation: UI Developer) and I have 8+ years of genuine experience with all experience and salary details.

Because of long education gap can I apply or not??
Will they consider my total experience or they remove education years??
Is the education gap matters for Canada PR??

It would be a great help, If some can provide me proper info. I tried 2 consultancies and one saying I am eligible and one I am not. I am confused to apply. Please some one help me.

I would really appreciate if you can you please explain how they will count my experience, As I have finished my graduation in 2013 Dec and since 2006 I am continually working in one industry.
