Funny topic - what background verification means (for CEC applicants)

Guys,

we passed the last few months highly under stress and tension due to the lack of transparency of CIC and its constant delays.

I just want to "cut" this tension for few minutes by launching a new funny topic.

What do you think that CIC officers means with the description "Background verifications are still in process" ?

for example: " ...Hey I just left my desk for few minutes in order to take some culinary classes, will be back shortly..."

or: " ... I've been delayed by the snow fall and I had to showwl the driveway..."

and ".... I just had a meeting with an UFO that hold me to explain how to apply under CEC stream..."

Hey I left my desk in order to make two back to back babies in row. I am newly maried lol
