fund required in schedule 4 Economic class Provincial nominee ( AINP)

I hold a permanent full-time job ( Skilled level B) and employer is also providing a contract letter/job offer letter. How much should I write in the box ?

My employer is not sure that kind of job reference letter is necessary so I have to give some outlines for it.
is it like
Paul works for full-time as a marketing supervisor since Nov 2012. His job duties include -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------.
His hourly salary is $20 dollars.

Can someone please explain the requirements for the POF? I thought it was suppose to be $10,000 for principal applicant and $2,000 for each dependant? but the cic website is giving me something different. checkout the website below:

"you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada."

as i remember, it was 10.000$ and + 2.000$ for each dependants or people comming with you to canada.
