Hi All

I've one query on fund proofs.

Is there any condition about the time for which one has to maintain $15312 in its account? In other words, does it create any trouble if the bank account, has received this amount just a few days before the application?

The money should be with you from past six months from date of submitting application. If it is recently deposited to your account then you have to state/prove the source of money like you sold something or you liquidated some bonds/deposits which were in your name. If the money has been transferred to your account by your family member then you have to submit a gift deed while submitting the application. For format of gift deed browse through the forum and you will easily find it.
