Today my address disappeared and the status changed to "In Process...", and sadly enough, still with RBVO details. Still I am grateful to see something changing after 12 long months.

I believe CIC will be able to finalize most of the MI-2 and MI-3 applications by March 2012.
Applicants of MI-1 might see their lights lit then.

Have few question :

1. Is "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" same as "Right of Permanent Landing Fee"

2. How much is this fees?

3. Do we need to pay fee for myself and my spouse??? or only one can pay it and travel... Will pay for spouse , once there is plan for her travel.

I would appreciate all the replies and Good luck to every one.

File Transferred to Buffalo : March 30th 2010
Full Documents to Buffalo (Received) : May 28th 2010 (Received)
Status changed to "In Process" : November 9th 2011 (with RBVO details)
