Hi

The new year has dawned....and the chill is gradually becoming more and more..
Hope good news from CHC provides some warmth to us.

I received my second AOR August 2010. Possibly it may be of no use, but I am getting ready to apply for my CAIPS 3rd wk Jan 2011 with the presumption that by the time my file gets IN PROCESS hopefully my CAIPS notes would have details of VO entries.My friend in Canada would be applying for me.

I have relocated from Calcutta. Looking for a job.Funds dwindling. Do not know how many more days of torture to bear with file processing delays foremost.

My RPRF(for my family members) has been encashed as informed by my Bankers. does this mean anything?or is this normal?

Lets hope for the best in the coming days.

Hi All,
I am new in this therad, I had submited my Full docs to CHC new delhi in Sept 2010 and get confirmation from them that they had recived the doc on 8-sept, but not got any information till now.

Hi everybody.
I submitted my full documents to my representative on 30th of SEP 2010, maybe it took some days to be delivered to VO,
I am still waiting for Second AOR, but there is no news, and to make the matters worse I cannot check my status by my first File number as well.
I will apreciate if you also add me to the list my visa office is Damescuse.

Nope. Slowly I can see guys who got their second AOR in June'10 are getting some responses. If files get transferred to other VO from Buffalo then the process is fast...................

Hi

Thinking of sending for my CAIPS through a friend of mine in Canada.

Just to confirm, I have to do the following as below:
1.Form 5475(in duplicate for myself and spouse and to be signed respectively)
2Form 5563 to be signed by friend
3.CAD 5 favouring Receiver General for Canada (in the form of a cheque)
4.To Ottawa address
5.A covering letter signed both by myself and spouse authorising my friend to apply on my behalf

Could someone please confirm that the above is correct?

I would be applying 3rd wk of Jan 2011.

When was your file tfr date? was it in April? When you view your ecas status
it will be mentioned there.

Could you please cofirm?

I applied for PR as Skilled Worker with NOC 4131 .

HERE IS MY TIME LINE...

Submitted app to NOVA SCOTIA : April 6, 2010.
1st AOR : June 9, 2010
Submitted full docs to Visa Off : August 27,2010
Received 2nd AOR : Sept. 1,2010.
ecas status : RECEIVED by VISA OFFICE

I already emailed the embassy because the 90 days period lapsed already....and then they sent me another email which states that my application is already queued for review of a visa officer.. something like that....and until now my ecas status says RECEIVED by VISA OFFICE.....
