so more or less july pa nga ang aming MR nyan...may changes n2man pala silang gagawin. kaya naman pala. palage nga sinasabe sakin ng mga ka forumers ko esp yong mga senior members na asa canada na ngayon, patience is the name of the game..problema, mainipin akong tao eh! hahaha but i guess i have to work it out. kasi naman... hehe

kailan mo nareceive 2nd AOR mo? huwaaaaaah so kame matagal tagal din pala ang aming aantayin tlga..kung ika 7th month mo na simula ng pinasa mo yong full docs mo sa kanila eh panu pa kame...huhuhu atleast alam mong in process ka na...kame di pa ata naoopen yong papers namin..kung magalaw mo man yong POF mo balik mo na lang ule...hehe..ako nga nagagalit sa hubby ko kapag nagagalaw nya eh..kasi diba baka anytime humingi sila at magpaupdate ng POF tapos kulang, eh ang lake pa naman ng pamilya namin...hehe thanks for the info silent..goodluck padating na yang MR nyo..tapos kame din! @ vincleynn... 100% correct ang mga nag advice sayo. Nagkataon lang talaga na kaya tayo bumagal dahil sa pag rerevise nila. NApansin mo ba nung last year, ang mga nagsubmit ng docs ng late of March to May, before nila ilabas ang bagong set of NOC ng FSW, tayo yung nag slow down ang processing.Then this time again, na maglalabas sila ng new guidelines for FSW this JUNE-JUly, naipit na naman tayo.. MArch na naman. ;D ;D ;D Intindihin na lang natin sila. Basta we will hold on to their processing times as indicated to their forms and site. Patience lang talaga, nagkataon lang na sa ating application time nagkaroon ng changes, ang mahalaga, di ma apektuhan ang papel natin. Yung bang, bigla na lang nilang e disregard.naku wag po!
HIndi ba mas magiging masaya kung pagdating mo, sabay na ang MR at PPR? at sabay mo na ang family mo pabalik? ;D ;D
Kaya natin to..maghihintay tayo.Yung iba nga di ba 4-6 year sila naghintay, nung old processing times, tayo maximum na yung 2 years.

YUng 2nd AOR ko pala ay aug 24, submitted full docs ng aug18. ;D Tagal noh? nag in process lang ako Jan 20. Tama ka , antime they can ask for an updated POF, just like yung hiningi kay lukycharm.

In the letter, we were requested to submit NBI clearances and updated POF only.. Wlang interview or proof of common law partnership. Hopefully, waived na. Because they could've asked for proof of clp along with the other docs that they needed.

Question: Can the embassy verify or confirm the exact amount of your account in your bank? Because I've heard that banks don't have the liberty to divulge such information because of the bank secrecy law? How true is this?

with regarding to your question, this is what i can share, when i was at BDO, while i was waiting for the bank cert ko which i will use sa US embassy naman for tourist, exactly, may tumawag na visa officer, hindi ko lang alam kung saang embassy. But this was their conversation:

caller: I am from---- would just like to verify some info on his/her account
bank officer: ok sir, but we will not give exact figures.
caller: ex. John Prokopyo with account # 122344
bank officer: yes
caller: with this amount 400k?
bank officer: lower
caller: 300k?
bank officer: higher
caller: thank you

ganun lang naman ang narinig ko, and sa pagiging curious ko, tinanong ko na rin sa bank officer, since ka close namin yun. so ganun nga ang pagtatanungan nila. higher or lower lang sinasagot ng bangko. at yes or no. Thats from BDO.
But ngayon, may bago ng format naman ang BPI, if you ask for an updated or even new POF certificate. May nakalagay na dun, na you authorize the bank to give information on the visa officer when they verify accounts related to POF. Kasi kakapagawa ko lang eh. Para just in case, na hingin , pati NBI naka ready na ako. KInakabahan din, kasi dahil sa note na yun , hindi ko na mababawasan ang pera sa bangko sa oras na kailangan ko.
Nag require daw kasi ang mga embassy ng ganung format. Ikaw ba luckycharm? yung updated POF certficate mo? wala bang nakalagay?

I just wanted to ask.. Yung documents kasi namin na-pickup nung March 3 (one is for study permit and one is a tourist visa). How do you check your status sa Embassy? Ever since wala pa kaming natatanggap na word from them.. Or masyado ba ako nagmamadali?

medyo nagmamadali ka nga ,kasi 2to 3 weeks ang application ng tourist visa sa kanila. yung study permit ang matagal. Read the cic website po to see the exact waiting time to process your papers po. Para hindi ka worried.

I would like to seek advice and help na rin sa inyong lahat...

Today a friend of mine just called telling me na ang background check ang embassy sa hospital kung saan ako ngwork...kinausap nila yung HR and sinabi nga nung HR na wala daw clang employee under my name...yung hospital kc e under new management pa lng since 2010 so lht ng administration personnel e napalitan lalo na yung HR department. Now i am very worried kc nga hindi ako acknowledge nung HR namin na nagwork ako dun which is nagwork nman tlg ako dun since 2008 pero naalis ako nung 2010 dhl nga napalitan lht ng employees.

I know malaking impact yun sa application ko at yun ang magiging grounds para madeny ako...Please help...Is their any way na pra maiappeal ko yung case ko na sabihin sa embassy na the hospital is under new management and they have disregarded all old employees?

Ang tagal kong nag-antay pero dhl lng sa background check e may negative grounds na ako...

Please any opinion you could share?

In my case before the background check today e iv checked my bank yesterday if naiwidraw na nila yung RPRF namin...and according sa bank e after ko submit full documents ko nung Jan.12 e Jan. 17 naman nila widraw yung RPRF namin...

What will happen to my application after the background check?

That i don't know pero i was in the hospital when the embassy called kanina and asking for HR department regarding me...so yung info desk e binigay nya yung number ng HR namin and yun nga ang nangyari...til now nghhyper ventilate ako dhl sa nangyari...i dnt know what will happen next

hi izabelle,so may nag background check pala sayo. Dont panic too much, alam mo ba talaga paano yung conversation nila? or should i say narinig mo ba? kasi, baka nasabi naman ng current HR na walang empleyado under your name , is because you are not currently employed there. Kasi nga gaya ng sabi mo, nasa iba ka na nagtratrabaho ngayon. Kasi kung ang pag verify ng v.o is ganito, do you have a personnel or a staff nurse named : Janis Inis? At kung ako ang HR na bago, sasabihin ko wala, kasi nga wala akong nahandle. But kung tinanong ng v.o, do you have a staff name Janis Inis, and was employed last 2008 - 2009? And if Im the new HR, that is the time na maghahalungkat ako ng files. At sasabihin ko, she already resigned last ex. July 2009. That's it. Dont panic too much Izabelle, wala man lang akong masyadong idea how do they do the checking but somehow, my opinion might ease your worried feelings right now. Wag tayong mag isip isip ng sobra, its not beyond our control. Mag panic ka kung ang tanong ng v.o ay, may ngtrabaho ba dito na ang name ay ... izabelle and sabihin ng HR walang record dito sa HR and eversince wala kaming naging employee na ganun.

Better yet, you talk to the HR department and confirm the details how did they do the background check, and show them the necessary documents that will remind them na naging staff ka on that hospital.
Be alert pala, since nag check sila sa previous employment mo, most likely they will do the same sa present employer mo. So sabihan mo na ang HR ninyo ngayon kung san ka nagtratrabaho po.
