I am not sure about exact date but it is some where around 1st week of April 2011

Guys, I have found this from a post on June thread. Not sure if it is authentic.

As per this, it looks like New Delhi has a quota of 7500 for FSW1.
In the latest 29list, some categories can be heavily applied from NDVO region (3152, 0631, etc.)
Assume 2500 - 3000 of these visas are for post June 26. That leaves around 4500 - 5000 for others.

Let us hope we all will be covered in 2011 quota.
