Processing Times IN MONTHS for CHC ND: restated to 15 that was earlier changed to 16
increase of 1 month taken back

They have not rolled back the time line to 15 months from 16 but they have reversed the quarterly update back to July 26 which means they will come with a new quarterly update soon which the time line maybe even more than the 16 months mentioned earlier before the roll back or they might keep it unchanged (this is very unlikely) so wait for the new quarterly update before we come to conclusions.

Canadian Immigration Office, Nova Scotia, Sydney, Eligibility Review complete (initial review). The file is transferred to the concerned VO only if it is successful.

During normal process you can expect MR within couple of weeks of ecas change to In-process. Let us see..

First of all congrats michaelantiola as you are in process.
You can use simple a4 size envelope there is no as such specification.
