the june applicant who got medicals is medical practioner
i dnt knw dat consultant told me dat category 4131 and 0213 r taking very long time... i want seniors advice on dis..take care all byeee..

Is that june applicant your friend?

As far as 4131 an 0213 Noc's processing time is concerned, your consultant's comments seem to be wrong. The only two applicants who got their visa stamped from this April thread belong to 4131 NOCs. The other 2 applicants from this thread who got medicals request have 0213 NOCs.

I believe what your consultant said are just rumors. Processing method at CHC is independent to NOC

@tarak yup he is my frnd he is a doctor i saw his papers his 2nd aor was2nd june...
i agree dat consultant may be he is wrong tarak i have 1qstion if u can anwser ill b thankful 2u
when v send documents 2 delhi we recieve 2nd aor ....does dat mean candidate is ok with 67 pts...or do dey check pts @psdec...i mean 2 say dat after how long after 2nd aor we can assume dat v r ok wid 67 pts..if candidate is not having 67 pts... after how long he can recieve rejection plss throw some light on did issue..

See, second AOR from your local visa only confirms the receipt of documents received by them. Whether you are eligible for PR or not will be determined at the processing stage only. There is no guarantee of PR if you receive 2nd AOR.

Dear All,

Although we have been waiting for 5 months .But here's a question that i would like you to answer urgently . One of the consultants to my Friend who is applying under the new list ( June 28, 2010 ) Onwards has been saying that if One has not sent the University Transcripts along with application to CHC ( i.e Sealed envelope from the University confirming that you have done your Graduation/PG with the respective Scores - this can be procured from(e.g) Delhi University by paying a fee of Rs 500), -one is sure to get a Query which will delay the process further .

I only submitted my Xeroxed / Original Marksheet for Graduation but Not THE TRANSCRIPT . Since , my consultant did not advice me to do so .

So, here's my question to all the senior members - a) Have you submitted transcripts authenticated from your respective universities B ) As in my case , i was not advised before ..so would you suggest i get it and send them at this stage proactively just as to avoid any unnecessary queries from CHC ?

I am really looking forward to your inputs , so please drop a line or two asap .

even i also submitted xerox notarised copies of all my certificates, my case is in process, till now everything is smooth, and CHC hav't asked to submit the Transcripts.
But, its good that if you have got the transcripts then submit them.
otherwise if u dont submit i dont think it will cause any problem to your case.

I also have that doubt in my mind. My consultant also did not ask me to send the transcripts, although I asked him repeatedly whether it is required or not. According to me, there is no harm in sending them or at least ordering them from Univ and keep them with us, you never know when VO will ask for them.

I would suggest after spending so much, Rs 500 is peanuts and we should procure them at the earliest.

PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW THE CORRECT AND EASIEST WAY TO GET THEM FROM DELHI UNIVERSITY. I DID GRADUATION FROM SOUTH CAMPUS.

Regarding consultants ,they are just documentation experts and CSIC members ...CHC never discloses anything to consultancies..Basically consultancies kgive these information to keep our mouth shut ...

I beleive if someone can carefully go through all the forms and formatsof CanadianGovernment website ..He or She can get PR easily ..Off course with the help of this forum will clear doubts...


Sorry to say but we have wasted our hard earned money through these consultancies ..Also they waste our time by saying reviewing documents ...On the other hand they go through OP 6only..

hii all,

just to give update that I applied for CAIPS today. have sent signed authorization form to my friend who is a canadian PR.

I think in CAIPS notes we will have idea what exactly CHC people are doing for our file..

my suggestion to all members who are waiting since long should go for it if you have any relative or friend in canada

it will take 30-40 days to get CAIPS notes.you all will get result(Med/Interview/Add Docs) before that.

@tarak i asked dat qtion bcos 1 of my frnd asked me bout dat he had 2nd aor dated 10may so its 4 months so r dere chances of rejection nowontebasisof67points.....wat i think personally dat he should have been ok with pts...i msayin dis bcoz till now his file should have been atleast looked at...so if vo checks file b4 bf date he can c whether he is ok wid pts or not...so if he is short of pts...vo should send rejection letter right away ...y he should keep it for bf date

dear bnimsin i agree with u, at this point of time i think it is of no use to order CAIPS coz we are on the verge of getting call for meds provided evrything goes well.........earlier i also thought of ordering CAIPS but after calculating i dropped the idea.

CHC is still very busy, one of my known had applied for student Visa a month back still waiting for CHC responce
moreover CHC is working on Sundays to clear the backlog.
so wait and watch
